Howdy Lewisville! We are David Jarrell and Andrew Royalty, best friends and partners in life, together we make an unstoppable team. We started this business venture together after a combined 20 years of serving the citizens of Collin County, Texas. We both have worked in EMS, the fire service and law enforcement. David, a former Collin County Sheriff’s Office 911 Dispatcher of ten and a half years, is now the full-time franchise owner and operator of A Veteran’s Pool Company Lewisville. Andrew is currently a Criminal Investigator for a City within Collin County, and will be coming on as a co-owner in the near future.
