Hi everyone! My name is Ryan “Big Sarge” Hoffman, I served in the Army for 22 years in all leadership roles from a squad leader to battalion master trainer. I joined the Army in 2000 at the age of 18 after I graduated from high school. I married my wife in 2005 and we had two awesome girls named Harper and Harlow. I’ve had the opportunity to travel all across the United States and the world. After 22 years in the Army, I was looking for a career that would keep me in the same environment with Veterans that I had become accustomed to. We speak the same language, we hold the same values, and we answer the same call to action. Joining the “A Veterans Pool Company” franchise allows me to create a future for myself and my family. It also allows me the opportunity to work alongside those that march to the same beat.
I am looking forward to a new career that has endless opportunities and allows me to be engaged in the community. I have an extreme passion for high standards and achieving the best results that I can. I hope to carry the standards that I was taught from the Army into my next profession as a pool renovator.
